On The Edge Pots

March 11, 2008

zm_11407_5.jpgI’ve seen window boxes using this same principle before, however these “On The Edge pots” designed by Michael Hilgers do look fun.

Now there’s no excuse for not having some fresh herbs or plants outside on a balcony.

In 4 fruity flavoured colours these On The Edge pots will brighten up any balcony as well as adding a touch of welcome colour too.

Details:
Completely water-resistant. Michael Hilgers offers a modern take on the traditional window flower box with his On The Edge Pots (2006). Designed to straddle the railing of a balcony, the pots are made from water-resistant polyethylene and can rest on any railing with a maximum thickness of 60mm. Two separate compartments offer multiple planting options. The On The Edge Pot is ideally suited for urban dwellers with limited outdoor space, but can easily be used in the workspace or restaurants to liven up a patio. Acknowledgment – www.dwr.com
